Ordering, Payments, Shipping, Returns & Privacy

Ordering

When you place an order from Peridot Daisy, you will receive items that are handmade-to-order just for you!  Also, at this time, Peridot Daisy is a part-time business for me :)  This means you should expect a 1-3 week waiting period (plus shipping time) before receiving your item(s).  The size of your order and the complexity of the pieces will determine how long it takes, but be assured that all efforts are made to get them to you ASAP!  All items are made in the order they are received.

We do not accept international orders at this time.

Payments

PayPal is my preferred method of payment.  Major credit cards may be used if you don’t have a PayPal account.   Be assured your privacy is protected and your payment information is secured on the PayPal website. 

If you choose to pay with a check or money order, do not add items to the Cart.  Instead, contact me via the website with your purchase choices.  Once the money order is received or the check has cleared, your order will be made and shipped according to our Ordering & Shipping policies.

Sales tax is 5.5% for all Wisconsin residents.  All other states will not be charged sales tax.

Shipping

Once your item is complete and ready to ship, it will be sent to you via USPS Priority Mail in a bubble wrap-lined mailer.  Depending on where you are from my location in SW Wisconsin, you should receive your item in 1-5 business days.  Remember that this estimation is after your item has been made-to-order, which can take from 1-2 weeks.  (See the Ordering section for more details on how long it may take for your order to be made.)

Shipping charges are a flat $2 for unlimited items, including orders that request gift boxing.

Returns

I stand by my creations 110% and should you ever be dissatisfied for any acceptable reason, please contact me and we will work it out to your satisfaction!

Privacy

Your privacy is important!  Peridot Daisy will never use your name, email, phone number or mailing address for any reason whatsoever other than processing your orders.  Your payment information is secure with PayPal and is not supplied to Peridot Daisy.
